We are based in Kuwait and operate events in the region.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect
- Account and profile: name, email, password (hashed by our provider), optional profile details (e.g., city, gender, age).
- Event registrations: tournament selected, team member names, dates of birth, division, phone number, and acceptance of terms. We may also associate your registration with your account ID to show your past entries in your profile.
- Payments: we do not store card details on our servers. We may generate a secure link via a payment provider and store payment status, order/registration IDs and amounts for reconciliation.
- Communications: messages you send to us, support requests, and email preferences.
- Usage and device data: IP address, user agent, pages visited, referral URLs, and identifiers (cookies or similar) for analytics and ad attribution.
- Marketing identifiers: when enabled, we use Google and Meta technologies to understand site usage and measure campaign performance.
- Media: photos and video from events for results, promotion, and community highlights. Where required, we will request consent on-site.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and improve the Services, including account management and event registrations.
- Run tournaments (seeding groups, publishing schedules and results, awarding ranking points).
- Send service communications (confirmations, schedule updates, payments, and important event notices).
- Send marketing communications (e.g., new events, rankings updates, partner offers) where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Measure and improve performance using analytics and advertising tools.
- Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, misuse, and security incidents.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including running events, maintaining rankings history, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

10. Marketing choices
- Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal by email.
